AB 581 Updates
This week, we issued an announcement about CDCR HQ’s two new memos to institutions and CRMs to continue guiding the implementation process of AB 581.
We also sent out a FAQ that was developed collaboratively by TPW and the Office of Policy Standardization. CRMs should include the attached FAQ document with application packets. We hope this will cut down on different interpretations and implementations of AB 581.
